.Compare/contrast Fargo Notes:
My notes: Things observed as the film played, and just put down what i saw. This helps get a lot of info but not the key details or the whole plot. Example scored exam notes: Bullet points that are made while watching , and jotting down key details of what they see. Like the camera angles, and way everything is set up. The example notes have more detail in them, and are better for showing what's going on in the film.

Intertextuality is when one text makes a reference to another text, this may either be directly or indirectly. Three types are obligatory, optional, and accidental. Obligatory is when the author deliberately invokes a comparison between two text. Optional is when there's a possibility for there to be a reference but it isn't very direct. Accidental is when it make a connection without it being direct.
Obligatory ex: Bart and Homer compared as son and dad. Another would be in Naruto when he turns into a fox. Finally, in Moby Dick it would be them comparing the whale to the ship. |
